Short Term Accommodation - STA changes

STA Changes - Short Term Accommodation (STA) rates are substantial and there is potential, if not managed appropriately, your funds can be used up quickly.  We have therefore introduced a STA quote form (attached) that needs to be completed and sent to us at least one week prior to the intended STA for approval.  Please note, the Price Guide STA rates are to cover: Support Worker wages, accommodation, meals/snacks, activities and transport over a 24 hour period and as with all NDIS rates (as above), they are negotiable.  So if you are not receiving this level of support, the quote should be proportionally less than the STA rate.  The form assists with this determination.
